The project idea is to increase the level of physical activity of employees. In today’s stressful times and abundance of work, too often we forget that movement is a source of health. The innovative aspect of the project is the promotion of everyday 10 minutes of physical sports activities for employees during working hours, which will be managed by sports volunteers.
This project is intended for volunteers, heads and staff of non-profit sports organizations. The aim of the project is to increase the capacity of partner organizations to manage sports associations and clubs by encouraging cooperation and network development between partner organizations.
